Booking Through Thursday 8/27
Today’s Booking Through Thursday question is:
What’s the lightest, most “fluff” kind of book you’ve read recently?
Uh..fluff book? jeez I barely read fluff books. Do you mean the really lovey dovey kind? the chick lit kind? I think it’ll have to be: Benny and Shrimp by Katarina Mazetti and The Wife’s Tale by Lori Lansens.
I don’t normally read fluff stuff. Just not my sort of thing. Although I think it’s good once in a while. I found that the last two I have mentioned have been a good change and refreshing read. So maybe it’s good to read fluff.
Are there any fluff readers within my vicinity?

Yes, yes, I read fluff. But I have not read either of your picks! The Wife’s Tale sounds pretty good.

Just say no.
I mean, it’s just begging for ‘This is your brain. This is your brain on fluff.’ parody.

Well I really haven’t read any “fluff” lately LOL! But I’m reading The Graveyard Book by Neil Gaiman. It’s a fun simple read, would that count? LOL! Cool Post!

I love a good fluffy read in between more serious books. Here’s my BTT response.

I like fluff, mostly in the form of cozy mysteries with a theme. Like pet mysteries, garden mysteries, the M.C, Beaton mystery series with Inspector Hamish Macbeth and nosy parker Agatha Raisin. Fluff is great for rainy days.
